Magna Fortis 2010 Metacardia LT.11-The "Stethoscope Gold Standard"™

Indisputably, the best stethoscope ever made: Magna Fortis' Metacardia LT.11 has the highest fidelity frequency response of any stethoscope, combining astonishing loudness with uncompromising clarity, and remains effective through multiple layers of clothes, or bedding. The 32" model keeps infectious patients at full arm's length. External noise cancelling and artifact eliminating technologies ensure both the 27"- & 32"-long model Metacardia LT.11 significantly outperform all electronically amplified or acoustic stethoscopes, including 22" short acoustic cardiology stethoscopes, even in noisy environments! The custom fitting Metacardia LT.11 "Comfort Seal"™ binaural headset is fully adjustable and operates optimally with the least outer ear-canal contact pressure. Clinicians with sensitive outer ear canal openings, and those who must perform many daily patient examinations using a stethoscope comment that the Metacardia LT.11 is an especially valuable instrument: the "ultimate", "audiophile-grade", & "loudest AND clearest auscultation" with "the least ear irritation after completing rounds". Metacardia LT.10 stethoscopes were most recently preferred >30-to-1 by surveyed MD/DO pulmonologists who compared six *top stethoscope models at ATS-2009 Int'l. Conf. of the American Thoracic Society, May 17-19, 2009 in San Diego, CA. And, Metacardia LT.10 stethoscopes were also preferred >60-to-1 by surveyed Nurse Practitioners who compared six *top stethoscope models at AANP Annual Conference, May 17-21, 2009 in Nashville, TN. And, Magna Fortis stethoscopes are preferred over all other brands by the National Association of EMS Educators (www.naemse.org). Wherever Metacardia LT.10 stethoscopes were tested, and compared: Metacardia LT.10 stethoscopes are purchased >100-to-1 over all other brands & models combined! Res ipsa loqitor: it speaks for itself.

How does Metacardia LT.11 work?
1} A patented acoustic conduction system is insulated from external noise by a thermo-acoustic suspension. This stratification isolation matrix is a very flexible, ultra-lightweight stethoscope insulation that is virtually impervious to extreme operating conditions, and remains highly effective in very noisy environments. Metacardia LT.10 also eliminates auscultation of acoustic artifacts from the stethoscope mechanism, body movement and contact noise. The acoustic noise cancelling isolation matrix eliminates >10dB avg. external (ambient) noise.
2} The The Kinetic Acoustic Mechanism (KAM system) enables the user to "charge", or manually boost stethoscope volume for a clinically useful duration.
3} Voluble Stethoscope Acoustic Vestibule Reflector™device {VSAVR} works inside a multiple-head stethoscope sound chamber to prevent the incoming sound wave from reflecting back from the interior sound chamber wall that is opposite the sound chamber entry so that the reflected sound wave cannot travel back toward the sound entry hole. Otherwise, when the reflected sound wave meets the next incoming sound wave head-on, it cancels its corresponding frequencies, and a great deal of sound wave energy, and aural detail is lost. This problem is termed: harmonic phase cancellation. The VSAVR device preserves the sound quality, and volume by conserving the sound wave energy, and eliminating harmonic phase cancellation.
4} The 2010 LT.11 includes snap-on anti-microbial adult and pediatric tunable diaphragms.
